Thing with takeout is you don't really know how much you're actually getting. For their calculations they say 1090 but that's assuming exact weights of cheddar sauce, draining the onion rings and chicken as much as possible after frying them, an exact amount of gravy or butter or whatever on the potatoes. But reality is they could've spooned two ir three times as much gravy and cheddar, could've fried the onion rings and chicken then threw it on the plate asap to get the order out, etc. So there could easily be like an extra tablespoon of oil in there maybe more, way more gravy and cheddar. They say 1090 but it might actually be like 1500.
The only places i really trust are places like McDonald's or Quiznos or Wendy's where they have razor thin profit margins and they're really stingy and you know you're not going to get any little extra cause they'll fire their wage slaves.
But i dunno i guess Applebee's is kind of huge like them too so maybe they weigh their shit too
