im not sure exactly. i didnt own a scale until i was a month into this, then when i weighed myself i was 260, now im 254 lol. so probably like 20 pounds max, more like 15

nah man ive always been a fat fuck. ive stayed at about 280 for several years ("I stand 6 foot 280 come crush'em like a bull" C-Bo). Trying to get down to 180
