Actually, I am not...demanding as in running around, standing your shift and dealing with rude people at times(Fastfood deals with rude people as well, most likely worse), but the work is not hard as in difficult or requires anything type of knowledge or education that a 17 year old couldnt just be trained up real quick to do. How hard is that to understand? What is the hard part about it? bringing the food that's prepared by a cook on a plate or pouring the drinks? Or is it the dealing with the customers? Feel free to add more..I'll wait.

Once again, the reason a server makes more money then the McDonalds people your defending and the reason Applebees, Chilis, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays etc. workers aren't out on the streets crying right now. lol
Believe it for not their job actually takes skill and servers without the skill for the job wash out fast as fuck and end up working at McDonalds because they can't handle the work.
