ya think about it, canada has less people than cali, and mexicans are the number 1 minority in the US now (unless im wrong), so they got numbers, and they come from poverty stricken countries, so its just natural for a percentage of mexicans to resort to crime, (not saying all) but since theres so many, then they have foothold.
