Antonio Margarito vs. Sugar Shane Mosley

this year there will be a lot less PPV's. The rule of thumb is usually HBO they like to have no more then 6 PPV's per year, but last year they had like 11.
HBO also has said to be doing quality matches only in 2009 and also to build future stars, so they are doing their part. It should say something that HBO turned down to pick up Cotto vs Jennings and Pavlik vs Rubio on the same card because they feel they are mismatches, which is true, and they only want to have good matches. In fact, not even Showtime wanted to pick that card up which is pretty amazing. So that will actually be a small level PPV put on by Top Rank because no major network wanted it. That's good for the sport!
I'm surprised Margarito came in at 145. He's a huge welterweight as it is. I'm trying to get some pictures, I'll post when I do.

^^You know Mosley has been training with Bhop's trainer, Naazim Richardson? Good quote from Naazim: “I have the privilege of working with some of the greatest fighters today. But I’m not here to teach Shane how to fight, Jack Mosley already did a great job at that. I’m here to find the flaws in Margarito and help Shane exploit those.”
If there is one thing Naazim is great at it's finding ways to exploit the opponents weaknesses and margarito has plenty. But it really comes down to if shane still has enough to go 12 full rounds against a guy like Margarito and if he will get suckered into a brawl which shane typically does.

^^yes that's right I think it's because margarito is in front of bernard and the camera is pointing up it gives a false illusion of margs being bigger.

just found out de la hoya will not be attending the fight nor will shanes wife jin, who apparently are having major marital problems. Those two things with the recent BALCO crap that's been surrounding shane...man i just don't know if he's mentally ready for a fight like this. I think shane might actually get KO'd !
HOLY SHIT, biggest upset in years!!! I cannot believe how badly margarito got his ass kicked! What a cheater too, he tried to bring in illegally padded gloves that harden when wet...wtf??? That ruins his credibility for ever, who knows if he used that against cotto! Shane Mosley put on an ATG performance!
