Arabs and all other races are my brothers. I can't support Islam though. People don't realize that only one fifth of Muslims are Arabs. I got no beef with Arabs. I trust my life to an Arab. I talk to him about religion and all kinds of aspects of my life. I consider the dude a friend. Christians and Muslims will never have true peace before the Rapture, but I'm leaving religion out of this.

We are living in truly amazing times. We will see stuff in our life times that people only had nightmares about. I'm bet there will be a nuclear exchange or preemptive attack within the next 20 years.

PS: This Krizz Kaliko is has got to go. I'm high and that this shit fucking with my eyes. It;s gonna be homo get drunk roll, fuck random bitch music.

I dont believe in religon but I respect all religons.
It's interesting because if every 'religious' person just paid attention to what each religion says, they would see that the main stipulation for faith is to believe an omnipotent Creator has made everything in this world, and has control over everything.

It's funny to me that many Christians believe that Satan is someone to fear because in the end, it is stated that God even created Satan to exist, therefore the duality of the issue should be resolved. That's why all religions make sense to a life dedicated to non-duality. Once you realize it is all one, then there is nothing to hate, fear, or ignorantly blame except God.

The main issue with our society and dogmatic beliefs are the ones that call for punishment for "mistakes". This does nothing but slow down evolution as a whole. Imagine if our cells punished each other for a mistake in making a new cell or transferring proteins? Our bodies would be shutting down constantly, not being able to do anything but fight wars within our body. I believe this is what cancer is.

The human mind and consciousness created god and lucifer... they are archetypes representing dual extremes in the spectrum of our lives... opposing aspects of reality and mirror each other and could not exist without one another as smile said above... start to remove judgements of good/bad and all other concepts/translations/opinions/beliefs placed on phenomena by the mind and see that everything just "is" and you just "are". You can notice that experiencing is beyond the mind in the sense that experience arises in awareness and then the conceptual thinking mind comes in to label experience.. break it up into this and that... good and bad... i like this.. i don't like this... etc... it is unreal. Experience and life arises prior to what you think-believe about it.

Ram Dass reads an excerpt from the Upanishads (Kena Upanishad) right here about god... which is some of the most on point shit i've ever heard and some of the most ancient scriptures that are known to mankind.

God: An excerpt from the Upanishads.

Further

Osho has some good shit to say on this... he looks like a dirty wizard but he's ON POINT! And he has the correct view.

Osho: Anyone who gives you a belief system is your enemy.

Your Morality Is Not Real.

Osho: God is not a Solution, But a Problem

Allah (God) is the Author of it all.

and DiamondFDC- True Allah created Iblis, and allowed the fall when he would not bow down to man. Iblis said, why should I bow to that which is made of sand, and I am made of fire?! Iblis/Satan was an Angel, (a now fallen one) Angels submit all the way to God, its people, US,........ you, Hitler, David Duke, Tom Metzger, and other like all of us that are human who have free will, free choice....

I guess you can't teach an old Zoroastrian dog new tricks... or it takes a long time, at least.

wait, but you're rooting ''go israel'' even though jews could give a fuck about jesus and muslims believe jesus was a prophet of god......that makes sense.
The Jews returning to Israel is a profound Prophecy fulfilled to Christians and there are sects of Jews that believe Jesus is God. Muslims don't believe he is God in the flesh. They are lost. I don't think it will happen in our time, but the Dome of the Rock will be torn down and Solomons Temple will be rebuilt in its place.

Next.

A few things to ponder:

1. Before this incident, how many people here knew this guy existed or suggested the Koran/Quran be burned?

2. While Americans do have the "freedom" of speech and expression, we should be a bit more responsible with it. I'm not limiting that statement to this incident but extend it to all facets of life including media (tv shows, books, websites, etc.)

3. Will burning a book solve a problem, or what some perceive to be a problem, or will it simply incite people on both sides of the spectrum?

^^^fuck that guy. Burning another religions holy book if fuckin wrong. no matter what religion it is or what the extremists of that religion have done.
It's pretty ignorant in my opinion. But at the same time too, it says alot about our society that some pastor in the middle of nowhere can garner this much publicity for burning a book he paid for.

Some people will equate this with either burning the flag or burning a cross.

I wonder if someone in a foreign country was burning bibles to protest the child abuse in the Catholic church, would people here feel the same way?

If someone was going to become a terrorist just because some fucker in the midwest burnt a book, chances are they would have just as easily found another excuse.

Some examples of book burning:

Nazi Germany burning books by Jewish authors and books they deemed "degenerate."

America in the 50s burning comic books that focused on horror, and crime.

Orthodox Jews burning The New Testament in 1984. They based it on

In the UK they burnt copies of Salmon Rushdie's "The Satanic Verses." The Ayatolla of Iran called for the authors execution.

Harry Potter books were burned because they were about witchcraft.

In the end aren't all religons supposed to promote peace, understanding and love of all man kind. Seems like religons are more violent then street gangs. and the more radical the follower of a religon the dumber they seem. If your going to KILL for a religon, then whats the point of practicing a religon?
Religions, gangs, political parties, it's all a mob mentality. People feel like they can't make it through life on their own, so they need a crutch to rely on and feel secure. Strength in numbers.
