If shes willing to work it out between the two of you then it might be to your advantage. You should consider it write out a agreement somthing you feel is fair and have it notorized take it into court and have it then put into a order. Remember when the court and mediators step in anything can happen court can be good or court can be very bad. Also have u recorded any of the convos you two have had? The judge might not listen to them but the appointed mediator will if you push the issue. Also is a good idea to keep a written log of your convos with dates and times so you have somthing to referance if you represent yourself. Remember in mediation focus on her parenting first then her character second. Good Luck
