i would have a healthcare person check out your house and make a notary that my property was checked as a clean place and they didnt see any dust which would create a alergic reaction to his asma. Just being truthful as this case doesnt have much evidence towards either way of where he's picking up the reaction. With more evidence, your more likely to succeed in your case. Anyone can take it to court but without evidence its hard to substantuate your claim.
