Just stop doing drugs & alcohol all together. My brother has FULL costidy over his baby girl, because he's alcohol/drug free since day one of his life, and his BM isn't. It didn't help his BM that she admitted to drinking, so that's probably why my bro won. But yeah, he's got full cosdity and can do whatever he wants with her, without his BM having a say in anything. I walk in, see the officers and metal detectors and walk straight out back to my car to empty my pockets and basically just walk in with an ID and paperwork.

Good luck on your arguments though. Court sucks ass. Even if you win, you still feel like shit because you were just in court. That's how I feel anyways. I try to stay as far away from that place as possible. Hope it all works out for you...
