EVERY SUNDAY WHEN I DROP MY SON OFF TO HIS MOM, I GET A CALL THAT NIGHT FROM HER, BITCH'N' ABOUT HOW MY SONS ASTHMA IS ACT'N' UP!!! BITCH ASKS ME ALL KINDS QUESTIONS SOME AFFEND'N' ABOUT IF I KEEP MY HOME CLEAN, ARE MY LADIES KIDS CLEAN AND WHAT NOT!!!

WE'VE HAD THIS STEADY SCHEDULE OF ME PICK'N' HIM UP EVERYOTHER
WEEKEND FOR ABOUT 2 YEARS NOW!!! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THE BITCH
THINKS SHE CAN PUT A STOP TO IT BY TELLING ME THAT "IT'S NOT A GOOD IDEA FOR MY SON TO SPEND THE NIGHT AT MY HOUSE ANYMORE BECAUSE EVERYTIME HE GOES HOME HIS ASTHMA ACTS UP"!!! SHE ALSO SAID THAT HER DOCTOR RECOMMENED THAT SLEEP ONLY AT HOME!!!
WELL I SUGGESTED THAT MAYBE HIS ASTHMA ACTS UP BECAUSE SHE MAY HAVE LINGER'N' GERMS FROM KIDS OF HER DAYCARE SINCE SHE RUNS A DAYCARE OUT OF HER HOME!!!
WELL THE BITCH IS SURE THAT THE SITUATION IS "WHAT SHE SAYS GOES"!!!

I'VE FILLED IT OUT AND PLAN TO FILE IT THIS FRIDAY!!!
I AM FILING FOR JOINT LEGAL CUSTODY AND A CHILD SUPPORT MODIFICATION!!! I WANT TO HAVE A SAY IN WHERE MY SON GOES TO SCHOOL CUZ NOW HE IS CURRENTLY IN A CHRISTIAN PRIVATE SCHOOL OF WICH I DO NOT AGREE WITH, I WANT TO HAVE A SAY IN HIS HEALTH DECISIONS SINCE I PAY FOR IT!!!

SINCE OUR LAST COURT APPEARANCE A LOT HAS CHANGED, I USE TO MAKE MORE MONEY THEN HER, BUT NOW SHE RUNS A DAYCARE, PLUS THE PERCENTAGE OF TIME CALCULATED WITH MY SON BACC THEN HAS INCREASED DRAMATICALLY!!!

THIS FUCC'N' BITCH ACTS LIKE IT'S A PRIVILEGE FOR ME TO BE WITH MY SON, SHE ACTS AS IF I'M NOT CAPABLE OF TAKING CARE OF HIM IF THE WORST WERE TO HAPPEN WITH HIS ASTHMA!!!

Quite honestly I don't think you should have a say where your kid goes to school simply on the fact you use all caps and multiple cc's in the majority of your words. Are you religious or semi religious? Is it the fact that there is a tuition for the school that makes you want him to switch? Private schools statistically are better than public. She's probably trying to hint that he is having asthma issues because she either knows or thinks that you smoke weed. I hope someone else fills out your paperwork by the way.

And another thing, you are wrong. It IS a privilege to be with your son. When something is a privilege, you care for it and do nothing to have that privilege taken away.
