also, I have no problem with Donaire being top 10, I think he deserves it and quite frankly I think he will destroy Montiel if they fight.

#4 for him is a bit high but I think he snuck up to that position by default - as bernard hopkins dropped after his ugly performance against roy jones Donaire moved up. As Mosley dropped down Donaire moved up. But I'd much rather see him at #4 then have Paul Williams at #3 or #4 which I've seen on several other sites, such as Yahoo & Sports Illustrated, and I love P-Will but technically he isn't that great of a fighter.

El Canelo is the best, fuck the rest...

Yeah, for being 19 years old. Dude was really impressive. He's a pretty big welterweight too, I wonder if he's going to be able to make the weight as his body fills out.

Showed a lot of heart against Cotto, after getting tagged pretty good in I think it was the 1st.

Actually the Mosely that landed that shot on Floyd would have knocked Pac Man out with that same shot and there would not have been any rounds after the 2nd or 3rd. Yall need to quit playin if you think Pac Man could beat Mosely. That punch would have ended the fight with Pac Man. Manny aint a slick defensive fighter who would have been able to survive such a punch. Only the greatest fighter of this era could beat him so decisively outside of a bigger Winky Wright and a stronger and bigger Welterweight in Forrest.

P.S.
Mosely wil be Pacquiao's next fight. Mark my word

I think you're right in that Manny wouldn't have continued if he had gotten hit like that. Floyd's the bigger guy and the more defensive fighter, so you've gotta think that a Manny vs Shane fight would have Manny getting hit more than Floyd. I wouldn't see it as a good fight to take for Manny, especially after Floyd made Shane look so bad. It would def be a closer fight with Manny in there instead of Shane...

Cleen, you're forgetting that Cotto beat Shane as well.

And I don't agree with you that being a slick defensive fighter gives you a better ability to take a punch.

Better ability to avoid taking a big punch? Absolutely.

not only did cotto beat shane, Mayorga gave shane one hell of a fight (so much so The Ring magazine declared Shane as being nearly done). If not for the Margarito fight, again which I always said was an illusion, he wouldn't have even been in the top 5 welterweights.

Regardless, ya'll actin like Pacquiao has a bad chin. he has a great chin, one of the best in the game right now.

I think pac vs mosley would have been more of a war for the first 4 or 5 rounds, kinda similar to that of cotto-pac in the early rounds but more intense, but shane's legs aren't there he wouldn't have lasted that long and pacquiao is one of the best finisher's in the game, he would have exploited shane's weaknesses badly. Floyd let shane off the hook in the later rounds, I honestly believe Floyd could have stopped mosley if he stepped it up a notch, shit even Brother Naazim told shane in the 11th, "Don't make me use this towel shane" meaning he was about to stop the fight.

Further, if you're right mr cleen, that pac fights mosley next, which I seriously doubt. I'll bet anything you want Pac stops him. Mosley is done at the elite level, sad but true.

Shane should just fight Berto though.

^^ Being a slick defensive fighter doesn't give you better ability to take a punch, but being bigger and actually having a better chin does! Floyd's shown he's got a better chin than Manny IMO, plus he's bigger...
How so? that was the first time mayweather took a big shot in YEARS. Pacquiao takes more big shots, more frequently and keeps coming.

So I question who has the better chin. The guy who gets hit more often, or the guy who gets hit once every 4-5 years.

@ Morebass... I didn't forget that fight against Cotto. I disagree with the outcome as i do with many fights. I'm not one of the judges but clearly Mosely won that fight and because it wasn't a KO win he didn't get the decision but we see where Cottos careeer has went since.

@ 2-0-6... I'll take that bet if and when that fight happens. People have counted Mosely out before, and he has shown what he can do, and it will be no different against Pac Man. Pac Man is willing to brawl and will get hit by the harder punching Mosely and that will be that. People can say what they want against Mosely, but when that fight happens, alot of people will be shaking their heads and their wallets. Pac better steer clear from Floyd, and if he's smart from Mosely as well. Mayweather did nothin but prove he is as dominant as most of us thought he was, and that's taking nothing away from Mosely or Pac Man. Again at 2-0-6. I'll take that bet.

The way I'm looking at it is that if they land an equal amount of punches on each-other (hypothetically), who would have more damage?? Floyd is the bigger guy so I also put that into the equation...

alright man, I'll remember that. For the record I had berto beating mosley too!

Why should Pac stay clear of Maywaether? That's silly man. Everyone wants that fight. Pac wants the fight. Floyd wants the fight. Insane amount of money. Both are coming to the end of the career. It would be stupid not to fight.
