We will never know who actually started Lowriding first, unless you have a 1986 DeLorean with a Flex Capacitor. Both sides of Cali contributed equally to what it has become today. Lowrider magazine started in San Jo, and then went to shit after it moved down south and they cluttered the pages with adds for rims that dont even pertain to Lowriders.
