Intellectually...anything I say (from my knowledge) can be countered. This is how it has always been for all of time. All answeres just bring up more questions.

So, all I can say is just pray and keep praying. You will find your prayers answered if in good intension. You wont need to know where GOD came from or why GOD exists. Somethings you just dont question. If you woke up with $100 bill in your pocket everyday, you would be more content with the money than the answer of where it comes from. Thus faith. You are more content with KNOWING GOD is there with you...where GOD came from is irrelavent.

Everyones definition of GOD is different.
It seems like everything leads to GOD. "Where did x, y, and z come from?...Oh, GOD created it". That's why so many say how was GOD created. Get out of that zone, and you will find GOD being the divine action.

I wont get into the whole divine action concept, unless anyone really wants to talk philosophy. True philosphiers have told what scientist take credit for, just because they come up with the detail backing it. Ridiculous in my opinion.

^^^So, basically your saying to reject logic, reason and science and to believe in something without knowing why? Sorry comrade, you can keep that. That is some straight cult leader type mentality right there. “Follow me; don’t ask questions, just believe.” I’d rather have a brain and think for myself.

Yes, by verification and experiments.. Punch your computer screen. You feel that? Not sure? Punch it again.

I want to add to this:

I do feel that there is a greater being at work in the universe. Not to say it controls the universe, but it IS the universe. .
Then why not just call IT our Universe or Existance or Reality? There is no need to redifine these words. To call god everything renders god meaningless because then god is not differentiated from the word(s) everything (reality/existance/universe) and thus has no existence apart from it, i.e an existence in itself but is undefined.

This "God is everything" idea is called "Pantheism."

If I started calling gravity Zilphomeabiax and says Zilphomeabiax exists; I did nothing. I simply substituted one word with another.

To a non-believer, he = she = it = baboon.

'Nuff said.
