2. eat meal at 4 pm 3. go to training at 6pm. 4. drink another 7pm.

i weighed 204 back in march

i weigh 176-77 now

i am 6'

just eating 5-6 meals (not necessarily meals..even a yogurt and beef jerky i consider a "meal") and at first i did a lot of cardio but now none, except for work

just weight lifting three days a week

^^ yep i eat 3 full "meals" breakfast, lunch , dinner and about 3 "snacks" throughout the day... equals about 6 "meals" a day for me minimum i try to squeeze in 7.. but ill be eatin like a muthafucka, like every 2 1/2 hrs...
