last year i took some time off from the gym and stopped eating right and taking supplements and i went from 178 to 155 in about 6 months. im still tryin to get it all back, im at 167 right now, ive been hittin it hard again since like feb.

na u all in shape now ..i guess its my chunky ass turn...
to answer stocktones q..i lost 30 lbs in one month worked out ate right didnt starve my self just cardio and light lifting and alotta stress in my life..
i worked out primarily to stay sane and it helped all around...

In high school I use to weigh 125 and I was attracting a lot of females. Being 5'9 I've gained a lot after high school, mostly work though, drinking fraps and eating fast food.

Right now I weight 160 I lost 10 pounds in a week. I want to weight at least 145, but it's hard to keep it going. Gotta exercise at least 5 times a week.

I dont see why some of you would want to be down so much? I mean, 170-180 is a cool wieght, but Im seeing people go from 230 to 130 or sum shit like that? why would u want to get so small? 130 lbs aint shit. just wondering your thought process behind losing that much?

I was around 156.528206 pounds (summer 2003) then began lots of runnin / jogging > at autumn 2003 I was 138.891225 , that´s the lowest weight i can remember i´ve had. Stopped all this aerobicstuff.

Began train at gym (autumn 2005 ) then my weight was close again to 156.528206 pounds.

Now my weight is 220 pounds. But not much fat, I feel like. I´m pretty tall 6.1

AFTER. right after your workout ends. Then try to eat normal meal hour / 1 1/2 hour later.

YOU CAN also drink one drink earlier if u example 1. drink one @ 2 pm
2. eat meal at 4 pm 3. go to training at 6pm. 4. drink another 7pm.

I was pushin a hefty 325 last thanksgiving. I decided to get back on the court and start ballin every few days and been hittin the free weights so now im 280 even. That seems heavy but im bout 6'8" so it works for me.

shit man....i've always been slim....I'm 6'3....been up to about 210....and been down to like 190.....im bout 195 right now....want to get to about 215-220 or so...muscle of course

im a lil ass dude about 5 foot nothin ( 5' 3") i look pretty damn big for being 150, people think im takin supplements n shit like that always thinking im heavier then i really am..it works for me... i can acutally fit 30/30's which is crazy as fuck

damn homie? 30/30's....thats crazy....you might as well have said 14 Slim or sum shit. but whatever works for you.
