There are people from ALL MOTHERFUCKING walks of life out here in Cali. There's a GODDAMN reason why California ALONE is the world's 5th largest ECONOMY that's responsible for 13-15% of the U.S. GDP!!! We could split away from the rest of the country and become our own nation. Do you even realize how much capital flows in and out of our state on the daily?
Look at our industries, we're the big players in ALL of them.
-Entertainment: Hollywood... hell our state is run by the Governator!
-Wine: Napa Valley/Wine Country/Sonoma County
-Hi-tech: Silicon Valley
-Agriculture: Central California
As far as nature and environment is concerned, we have all types of land regions. In fact, we have more forestland than any other state other than Alaska. From snowy peaks of the sierras to the deserts of southern california. Can't forget the BEACHES you bitches! Northern California has an extremely enviable temperate climate year-round... one of the reasons why everyone wants to move here, hence the sky-high housing costs.
Now diversity... we have hippies and liberals all over the Bay Area. Chinatown, Little Saigon, K-town, Japantown, etc. etc. There's practically a town for everybody. There's so many faces all over the major cities, it's truly refreshing.
We also have some of the best universities in the WORLD. Parents from all over the globe save up their nickels and dimes so that their children can receive an above average education in CA. Stanford university, UC Berkeley, UCLA, shit the whole UC system. Cal Poly SLO, Cal-tech, USC (University of Southern California aka University of Spoiled Children).
Don't forget all the history that encompasses the whole state ,from the Gold Rush of the mid 1800s to the founding of Hot-Rodding. California is on another level. We have true international cities like San Francisco, San Jose, San Diego, Los Angeles, etc. Damn I could go on and on... oh yeah, HOME OF THE PORN INDUSTRY!!!! San Fernando Valley in Socal. One love to the Golden State baby.
Oh yeah, there's also a reason why there are 50 million songs made about California... last time I checked who made a song about Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Arizona, you get my point
