Your argument is pathetic. You're basically saying, "if it's a law, we should never question and just respect it, regardless of whether it makes sense or not". There are laws being designed specifically to fuck with certain categories of the population. Incarcerating people for consuming marijuana. Giving much harder sentences for selling crack then for selling crystal meth, which is as dangerous if not more. Laws where they can evict you for crimes committed by your children, or arrest you for standing on the corner past a certain hour or in a group too large. Come the fuck on, man.

Hahaha same shit happend a few summers back when I took my homie to NY. We were at Jones beach and he asked for a pop and dude gave him a Cherry Popsicle. I was like "It's called Soda out here bro." I have lived in Washington 19 of my 26 years and I still call it soda though. My boy from Alabama said some people (mostly older people) call it Soda Water down there.

California is truely on of the best if not the best, hands down!!!
Only compliants are: Earthquakes, high housing costs, traffic congestion at all major cities, constant beach pollution, and high densities of smog...
But otherwise Cali is the sh!t, overall, very diverse geographically!!...
The worst states imo, gotta be some from the East Coast & Midwest cuz yeah its boring & not that many landmarks to go to & other stuff to do......

Cali is no doubt the best. But the one thing that I hate about cali is the fuckin police out here. No matter where you go, the police out here are some bitches and i hate some fucked up laws in cali like the 3 stikes law, and the fact that the state makes it hella hard for you to own and carry a firearm. and the high ass rate of housing. But besides that this state is the shit!!!!!!
I have lived in texas 6 months,missouri 7 months,south dakota since june of 2005 and with out a doubt cali is the best most of my friends have guns some of them have like seven or more only time its really hard to get a gun is if you have a criminal record. me being in the military and meeting people from just about every state made me really appreciate that I was raised there it just surprises me how bluntly racist people are that are from other states.
