A thesaurus cannot and does not: 1. provide a definition, 2. prove what the generally established societal definition of a word or concept is, 3. prove what the generally established definition of a word or concept is in academic or intellectual circles.

This is getting out of hand I think you need to return the thesaurus and tell whoever bought it for you nicely to never do it again...that you have an irrational addiction and delusional ideas about its importance, etc.

The thesaurus equates nothing. I don't think you understand how these things are constructed tadou. An idea or concept is logged, and analogies or similarities are listed for a reference base.
My example shows that you can easily skew an idea or definition using the thesaurus...yet you are using it as a knowledge base.

^^ Yes, only the Roget's thesaurus (one of the most universally respected reference sources, PERIOD....no matter how much you wish to denounce it), doesn't reference right-wong with those definitions......It DOES reference Left-Wing with Communism and Socialism.
