all i got to say is good win for the 9ers, i didnt think they would... its evident the cards are rusty as fuck, i hope we can bounce back and i mean soon other wise im ganna start thinking are season is over just when it started... but this is the luxury of this happening in week 1... it should smack some realization into the cardinals. We still got the rest of the season to improve and show everybody last year wasnt a fluke...

oh yea i still hate the 9ers! they got lucky! they geting destroyed next week anyways.

Chree told u we needed a new oline.... they couldnt make a hole for the RB to save there fuckin life. We need to get a solid ass RT and a Guard that can fuckin pull fast enough. haha also Hill needs to move around and try to make plays instead of standin there just waitin to get sacked. Atleast smith tried to roll at and make something happen.
Smith tried to roll out and throw the ball to Mike Singletary. That's not trying to make something happen.

well thats still better than standing there and takin a 5yard plus sack right?
What you fail to realize is Alex Smith takes just as many sacks as anyone else. Couple that with his rolling out and throwing to the sidelines and you have a far worse performance. At least when Hill rolls out, he LOOKS FOR A TARGET. Alex Smith looks for the coaching staff and throws it to them.

By the way, Hill was sacked 4 times. You're acting like he got sacked 10 times and never did anything to avoid it.

I didn't see Hill quit on any plays.... Number 90 on AZ is a beast so you gotta get down when he's coming for you. The Niners looked good yesterday period. The run game didn't do too good but you gotta give AZ credit for run blitzing and shooting gaps.

Im not saying Smith is better im sayin he should atleast roll out and create more time for himself. Hill could of moved around a few times and extended plays instead of just quittin on the play.
The problem is he was in the pocket with the protection caving in around him. He can't see what's behind him so he didn't try to move in that direction, which, a lot of the time, was the only way he would have been able to escape the collapsing pocket and roll out. I didn't see him having much of a chance to escape a lot of that pressure and the only way he could avoid the sack was to get rid of the ball quicker than he wanted to, which resulted in some incompletions.

Yeah Niners o-line got beat a lot, Hill can only do so much. Adam Snyder looked terrible, i hate to say it. But if Gore couldnt make anything happen, how could Hill?

Watching them win this one was like getting laid after a drought.

Montana was primarily a pocket QB. When Young came in and started flying all over the place to make plays, 49er fans started talking shit about it, saying he looked lost and shit. I even remember the fanbase calling for Bono to get the job over Young when Montana went down.

Hill is more of the Montana "type" of pocket passer. He`s not going to razzle dazzle with his feet to make plays, nor did Montana. I`m not saying Hill is = to Montana by any stretch. I`m simply making reference to the "type" of players.

Basically stating, until Young came in and turned the image of a running QB around for the 49ers, the fans hated the idea. Ironic how the perception and times have changed.

You're really gonna argue that the Seahawks offense is better than the Cardinals'?

I think we're done here.
Why not? Because they have two great receivers...and what else?

Seattle has a better QB, who is also younger.

The RB's could be seen as equal, especially with Wells out.

Cards have a better WR corp, but ares aint nothing to scoff at, Nate is looking fantastic, TJ is better than expected and Deion Butler is looking promising.

John carlson is a STUD at TE.

Our OL's are about even.

So why dont you tell me exactly where AZ is leaps & bounds above Seattle?
