Actually, that's not the bottom line. First off, this obstacle could have been resolved by either camp. This is a fact. Floyd could just as easily (actually, 10 times easier) have taken the request off the table. Manny agreed go through the same testing as everyone else. So here's the bottom line: at the very start, you have two great fighters agreeing to a match. There was nothing stopping this fight from happening, NOTHING until Floyd begun making requests for irregular drug testing. PERIOD. As much and as often as you can say "well all manny had to do was take the tests", someone else can say "Floyd didn't have to make such demands". PERIOD. You can twist this any way you want to, but at the end of the day, it all comes back to Floyd. And if this continues, and Floyd never fights Manny, AND they both continue to win, PAC is going to be regarded as the greater fighter.

It's not just Pac that Floyd wants tested. It's anybody he steps into the ring with.... why isn't anyone else having a problem with the testing? Shane and Victor Ortiz ain't trippin' and Sergio Martinez has gone on record saying that the testing that Floyd is asking for wouldn't be a problem.
Obviously the Nevada State Athletic Commision testing procedures aren't good enough because if they were then Shane Mosley would have gotten busted.

Manny supposedly changed his mind after the offer was pulled off of the table..... that's the bottom line. He didn't agree when it was in his face ready to be signed. Floyd left it open by saying "I AM STILL PROPOSING" and Pacquiao went on to fight Clottey.

notice all those guys mentioning it will only due it against floyd, the biggest payday of their lives. you don't see those guys doing it in any other fights. did victor ortiz ask berto for these tests? did sergio martinez ask pavlik, williams, etc. to do it? no, they're only WILLING to do it to get a career high payday. Like we spoke about before, Zab Judah asked Shane Mosley take ONE extra drug test (not random, not "olympic style" just a single scheduled test) and mosley told zab to go fuck himself. The difference here is that those guys aren't making $20+ million dollars a fight like pacquiao is. They are making in the hundreds of thousands per fight, not millions, so obviously they are going to bend over backwards to get floyd in the ring with them.

They probably feel that they wouldn't let something so petty get in the way of them fighting. You're saying that it would be a career payday and that's the reason they would take it. I know you wouldn't because you said that you would find another one to hit that wouldn't ask you to get tested.
Now fast forward to today, you (as in Pacquiao) say that you're willing to get that HIV test so you could hit but it's too late because she already gave it up to somebody else. You had your chance but you passed when the opportunity presented itself.
