Manny just will not submit to random testing. It's fun how Manny fans always talk about the commission rule's about drug testing, but they never talking Manny's request for 8oz glove, the 147lb glove size is 9oz, or the request for $10 million every pound over 147lb, the commission has rules on overweight fighters too. Mayweather agreed to those terms, why can't Manny agree to random testing?

But Mayweather is ducking Manny even after agreeing to all of Manny's bullshit terms.
My point is STFU about commission rules when the catch weight king Manny has abused the rules for a 147lb and 154lb title.
What part of OUTSIDE ORGANIZATION/BODY don't you understand, bigfake?

9oz gloves?? man you don't know shit. There is no such thing as a 9oz glove. 8oz & 10oz gloves are standard at 147 pounds. Floyd vs Mosley were 8oz gloves. Cotto vs Margarito were 8oz gloves. Berto vs Ortiz were 8oz gloves. Floyd vs Marquez were 8oz gloves. Floyd prefers to fight with 8oz gloves himself.

Further info on the glove size: There was a period of time when Las Vegas was the only state in america that demanded welterweights use 10oz gloves (every other state demanded 8oz gloves and most of the rest of the world as well), which is why a few of the early Mayweather welterweight fights he wore 10oz gloves. Las Vegas then went back to their original rule shortly before Cotto vs Margarito and now allows both 8oz & 10oz gloves at welterweight. Most fighters prefer 8oz, some don't I believe Mike Jones demanded 10oz against Soto-Karass rematch

What part of Mayweather agreed to all of Manny terms don't your nuthugging dickrider goofy ass don't get.

Mayweather agreed to all of Manny bitch ass terms = he wanted to fight
Manny not agreeing to the one Mayweather term = He don't want to fight

You see what I'm getting at one guy wanted to fight so he agreed to all of the catch weight Kings Manny's terms. But Manny didn't agree to the one Mayweather term. So who wanted to fight? I would say Mayweather. End of the story....

the only term that was out of the ordinary was the weight penalty, however floyd had just came in 3 pounds over weight against Marquez so there was a history there. Floyd also dictated the date and location...Team Pac wanted Cowboys stadium and wanted an early date, Floyd wanted Vegas and a much later date. So don't act as if both sides weren't agreeing to each of their terms.

Mayweather agreed to all his terms, and Manny didn't agree to Mayweather one term. It's clear that Mayweather tried to make the fight and Manny didn't want to fight. I don't care about his excuses, Mayweather gave in to all of dudes terms and Manny was scared of random testing.

what proof do you have pacquiao didn't agree to 14 days? Pacquiao, Roach, Bob Arum, everyone in Pac's camp said he agreed to 14 days. And it was 28 days the first negotiations you fucktard go check your facts. Just like the mythical 9oz gloves you pulled out of your ass you're obviously not good with numbers nor memory.

The negotiations fell apart earlier this year when Mayweather refused to give Pacquiao a 24-day cut-off on the testing. Mayweather wanted a 14-day cut-off. The next time they negotiate, the deal could be harder to make. Mayweather, according to past interviews, will no longer consider a testing cut-off. He wants the testing to continue until the fight. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=27427

I've already provided tons of links in regards to the 14 days that he agreed to and suddenly floyd wasn't "thinking about boxing"

This will go unanswered.
on some real shit how many of you believe mayweather's real agenda is to clean up the sport? Mayweather agenda doesn't matter he's submitting to the same testing that his opponents have to go thru. He's not asking the 147lb champion to defend his title at 145lb, can you say Manny anyone. Mayweather is just asking for random drug testing. You should be asking why is Manny scared of random testing if he's clean? That's the only question anyone should be asking.

I still don't understand why a clean fighter would make such a big deal about random testing? Why would a clean fighter push so hard for a 28 day none testing window? Is it because the fighter has something to hide?
