How is this when I've said I think Floyd can beat Manny (despite the threat to his defense that Manny poses) and that Manny should just go ahead and take the test to shut Floyd up?
What you, and the rest of the Floyd groupies fail to realize is that there is already a standard for drug testing and Floyd is trying to skirt around that standard and implement a new one with NO EVIDENCE of the guy being on PED's. So this isn't a case of Floyd agreeing to Manny's demands, demands that are WITHIN THE CONFINES OF BOXING REGULATIONS/SANCTIONING BODIES, but a case of Floyd trying to make demands that are OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF BOXING REGULATIONS/SANCTIONING BODIES.

ha. i just heard from a reliable source that floyd is using PED's himself. dont ask me for proof or even a shred of evidence, because apparently that isnt important anyway.

Bottom line: Manny didn't agree (to the compromised 14-day cut off window offered by Mayweather) when it was the only obstacle holding up the fight.
Manny "supposedly" agreed after Floyd went on vacation.
Why didn't Ross Greenburg name the representative from Team Mayweather that he negotiated with?
Floyd says it all the time, Al Haymon is the man to go to if you want to negotiate a fight.
And after talked failed this is what Floyd said:
"I am still proposing the 14-day window but (Pacquiao) is still unwilling to agree to it, even though this is obviously a fair compromise on my part as I wanted the testing to be up until the fight and he wanted a 30-day cut-off. The truth is he just doesn't want to take the tests."

Hey Manny fans: You see the key words from Floyd? "I AM STILL" which means if Manny changed his mind (like he supposedly did after Floyd went on vacation) the fight could have happened because Floyd was leaving the possibility open. Team Pacquiao closed the door when they announced Joshua Clottey as an opponent.
