Cotto was not coming off a brutal ass whoopin from Margarito. He had two fights AFTER that fight and they were BEFORE he fought Manny. He won one of those fights via split and one via KO. Bruseles coming off a fight that was stopped due to accidental headbutt (so this doesn't fit your criteria for an impressive win.), Mitchell coming off a TD win after his fight was stopped in the 5th (doesn't fit your criteria for an impressive win) and Corley who was coming off a loss to Zab.

Then he fought an undefeated hatton, Then he fought a very feared mosely who ko'd tony, Now he is fighting a young fighter who was not only an under dog but beat the # 3 ww Via UD. Who said he did? I said he was coming off two wins before his fight with Manny and one of those wins was a TKO. According to you, an impressive win is a KO so why are you trying to take that away from Cotto?

Huh? I listed the last ten fights from each man you moron!!!!! Manny's would start from Solis and go to Mosley. Floyd's would start with Corely and go to Mosley. 7 of Manny's last 10 fights were against someone coming off wins. 7* of Floyds last 10 fights were against someone coming off wins (* includes the fighters who were coming off of wins due to technicalities.)

And I counted that as one of his wins against a fighter coming off a win. Why are you mentioning it? Moreover, when Manny fought him and KO'd him in two rounds (something Floyd couldn't do), Hatton was coming off two succesful title defenses (one by TKO and one by UD) and it had been almost two years between the time he fought Floyd so what exactly is your point? lol i agree. I made a rant a couple days ago on Facebook how i cant get into Baseball and i use to love it and now that basketball and Hockey are done for its gonna be a boring couple months. Boxing and MMA only cover so many days of the week
