it's interesting that when floyd came back his first fight was against marquez and of course he didn't demand any special drug testing. All of a sudden when Pacquiao agrees to fight him, contracts are all laid out, money is agreed upon, ring size, glove size all of that then and only then is when the drug testing came about. Of course to save face he goes on about "cleaning up the sport" but he's not done a single thing to get the sport cleaned up, he hasn't asked the commission to set a higher standard in testing, he hasn't lobbied for any further tests he hasn't done shit for the sport in that regard.
