SHIT ITS NORMAL FOR ME. I HAD THE SAME SLEEP PATTERN FOR YEARS. I TRY TO GO TO SLEEP AT NORMAL TIMES BUT I CAN'T. I EVEN TRY TO PULL ALL NIGHTERS SO I CAN CRASH THE NEXT DAY BUT IT DONT WORK

1)dont eat at least 4 hrs before u sleep.
2)sleep with a fan on, sometimes the constant 'brrrrr' of the fan has a hypnotic effect..
3)make sure ur not squinting hard.. i realized that sometimes im closing my eyes too hard and am forceing my eyes closed.. and that requires muscle/brain activity..
4)reduce sugar/caffine in ur diet..

thats all i can think of right now..
sometimes when you got stuff thats goin' on with yourself and it needs to be taking care of in some kind of way and you don't deal wit it, . . . . . that'll keep you up. So, think on it then, . . . . Deal wit it. Just a thought

Fuuuck last night was the worst for me. So I'm scheduled to work at 8 and have to wake up at 7am. I tried going to sleep at 11:30 so that I would be able to get around 7 hours of sleep. Drank my tea as usual. Laid there for what seemed like an eternity... finally looked at the clock, 1:30am. 2 hours had passed. So I make myself another cup of bedtime tea. Drink it, go to bed and try again. Now I feel even more restless than before, another 2 hours go by. I look at the time its 3am! I have to be up in 4 hours and still not one minute of sleep. So I decide to take a tylenol pm and hope that it will put me to sleep. I feel drowsy for the next 20 minutes, but still can't sleep! I remember looking at the clock for the final time before falling asleep about 20 minutes later, and it was 4:18am!!. I got about 2 hours of sleep and woke up all dizzy and lightheaded from tylenol pm. Worked sucked, and now its like 85degrees and its too fucking hot to even take a nap!

And whats crazy is that I woke up on my own at like 6:49am, before the 7am alarm even had a chance to go off!
