I USUALLY GO TO BED AT 1, AND I GOTTA BE UP AT 5:30 TO GO TO WORK, I THINK MY HABIT OF SLEEPING FOR ONLY 4 HOURS IS A PROBLEM, NOW WHEN I WANT TO SLEEP IN I CAN ONLY SLEEP FOR LIKE 5-6 HOURS TOPS, BUT WHEN I CANT SLEEP I LAY THE OPPOSITE WAY ACROSS THE BED (MY HEAD WHERE MY FEET WOULD BE) OR I WATCH "THE GREAT ESCAPE" AND THAT MOVIE PUTS ME OUT.
