haha, i cant sleep either at night. shit sucks. maybe it goes with laslow's heirarchy of needs. i dont know but it sucks. i got wake up at 8 and ill be counting down the hours i can get from sleep. like its 1am, ok i got 7 hours. ok its 2am i got 6 hours of sleep. damn its 3am i can still get 5 good hours. then you just like damn im weird and need to sleep.
then im super tired all thru the day but when it comes back to try to sleep again the same shit happens.
^^That's why parents gives kids warm milk to make them go to sleep and shit.
The tea thing will depend on the person...if you do'nt want to relax...you won't...if you really want to, it'll happen sooner....it's ALL in your head.
^^^ It didn't help me right away. Don't expect it to nock you out like Tylenol PM or anything like that.. but what it will do is relax you. So as long as you keep drinking it every night you will overall become more relaxed and in a few weeks it should help you sleep better. Good luck.
