i would NEVER want to go to Paris and here is why.

if the USA were like you said "shut down" and couldnt defend the rest of the world from Evil as it has been doing for the past 100 or so years the first place i would attack if i were an evil dictator would be FRANCE, because they are good at SURRENDERING.

I'd go to Paris. I want to say London, but I think Paris would be it. I speak a little bit of French, so it wouldn't be too difficult for me to catch up in a few years. Teaching English would be a good job, but if i didn't have that, I'd try to get an office job or something similar.

with that, what is the highest ranking black democrat??? Obama??? 1 senator and a handful of US House Reps.

now compare that to the 10% that either split their vote of vote Republican. what do they have to show for it? the last 2 secretary of state, NSA Chief, Dept. of Education secretary ect.......... right now there are 3 Black Republicans running for Governorships. Blackwell in Ohio, Steele in Maryland, and Swann an Pennselvania and all have a legitimate chance of wining. Dr. Rice is considered by many to be an excellent candidate for President and/or Vice President for the 2008 elections. see the difference. thats what i mean by they havent been making good choices.
