made a prortuguese dish called "caldo verde" this is like portuguese comfort/soul food. A thick soup with greens potato and sausage... basic broth. This is my grandmas recipe, minus a few substitutions (couldn't find linguica)

This came out "okay" I'm not really happy with it. Good sauce but the yeast was underactive and the cheese wasn't exactly my first round draft pick of kinds to use.

Mayo, ham, turkey, roast beef, bacon, and cheddar cheese; toasted on a baguette, topped with lettuce and tomato. Served with hot BBQ sauce for dipping.
