I know people on here joke and kid about Canada, but is it that foreign they do not have taco trucks? Someone should go make a killing, I know I would if I could enter that fucked up country.lol
From what both Mak and Mac Jesus have said there doesn't seem to be many, if any, taco trucks up there.

^^^Fuck Cananda, but beyond that they don't even have Taco Trucks in Nevada. It's a Cali thing.
Damn, didn't know I was in California. There are 6 taco trucks within 10 minutes of my place. We sure are getting some shitty weather here in California this time of year.

i was just cleaning out my camera card and came up on some pictures of my nfl sunday chili I forgot to post. Hopefully I get a chance to make it this year. I usually eat a small bowl, then throw a bunch in the fridge and freeze the rest. Chili always tastes better the day after.

clockwise from top left:
several types of beans, red peppers, tomatoes, water if needed, celery and carrot, white onion, jalapeno and garlic, spices, mushrooms (I usually dont add these), and ground beef
You don't need carrots or celery and deff not mushrooms. (wtf at that?)

Looks like you're headed in the right direction. I see salt, pepper, chili, and cumin. Add some paprika, cayenne, and a tablespoon of vinegar and you'll be seasoned perfect.

I would strongly suggest cooking your meat completely before adding it to the chili. You'll have a much better final product.

canada is identical to the USA except we dont have taco trucks or handguns. I've seen some episodes of How I Met Your Mother and they rag on us pretty good on that show. We arent afraid of the dark and dont talk like retards. Some people out east like in Ontario talk that way actually

yeah, I've kinda noticed this dead blue guy being kind of a food snob... basically telling people wtf to eat

I mean, I don't like fucking mushrooms... but if the guy wants mushrooms in his chili... WHY HATE???
dude i was just cleaning out the fridge. Hey Dead Blue notice I said in brackets after mushrooms that I don't normally add them. Carrots and Celery I add because it makes the perfect base for any tomato sauce, in my opinion. I start with the garlic, and then add the trifecta of carrot, onion and celery. I like to eat healthy guy, and make my chili any fucking way I want. I do appreciate the tip though. When you add it like this, it gives a nice texture. Like I said, buy an extra lean meat and you wont get grease and nasty fats in there.


@fyc, I will instead try to make a trip to Frisco sometime this year. And yea, I think its too cold up here for Mexicans.
