the sandwich has spicy chicken, grilled pepper and onion, spinach, mustard and pickle. the chicken came out super spicy cause im fucking with some hot pico de gallo seasoning in my rubs that i got from a fruit vendor. quickly found out he wasn't playing with the chiles lol

Not sure. My lady makes bomb flour tortillas, corn are a little harder. Trader Joe's sells good homemade flour tortillas if you don't want to make them.

haha theyre outta santa rosa and our known to be hella legit with their employees. full benefits and increased pay. and they are a socially concious big company which is hard to find nowadays.

yeah fill theyre good. they even got under a 100 calorie tortillas, gluten free, shit like that.

or, you know, just research the smoking point of different oils and use a thermometer whenever you deep fry to make sure the oil doesn't get too hot.

no reason deep frying should ever be scary or dangerous.
