lol you ever had spam before? uncooked spam smells like cat food but when its grilled it taste good. but some people dont like it. most of the places i go to i found on Yelp.com or just driving around. yelp is coo cuz you can write reviews and post pics. i found alot of good little spots i would of never seen if i didnt go on there.

naw man i have spam @ the crib just don't eat it often. if i do eat it it's got to be hella crispy but they come so damn thick you can hardly cook it all the way through lol. gotta cut em as thin as possible.

just a friendly reminder to keep a large box of baking soda near the stove, better yet a fire extinguisher, ESPECIALLY if you love to fry in deep oil, and keep your damn stove top clean! especially around the burners.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER throw water on a grease fire!

or, you know, just research the smoking point of different oils and use a thermometer whenever you deep fry to make sure the oil doesn't get too hot.

no reason deep frying should ever be scary or dangerous.
