No Blue Moon.

I slow cooked a 4lb bone in pork shoulder for 8 hours in beef broth, salt, pepper, garlic, and a little honey chipotle Sweet Baby Rays.

BTW my carrot recipe which is beyond simple but comes out wonderful.

Cut carrots on bias and rotate back and forth 45 degrees after each cut. (should looks close to right angle triangles, cut thick part of carrot in half lengthwise)

Boil in water until fully cooked (taste one to tell)
Chop some chives
Drain carrots
Add a few tablespoons butter (not margin)
Add chives and serve

Chives have a garlic-like flavor so it's like having carrots soaked in garlic butter.
