Got some Italian style buffalo wings with ranch for a little later tonight. I like to throw them in the oven an extra 20 mins so they get nice and crispy.
The best italian in seattle, IMO, is at the Swingside on Freemont, across the street and half a block up from Paseo. Its not a red sauce and mozzerelle place though.
