dinner tonight: grilled chicken, baked sweet potatoes, grilled asparagus

This was our Superbowl feast. I know it's a bit late, but whatever.

BBQ chicken, buffalo strips, hot dogs, angus burgers, chips, and potato skins.

Baked Rigatoni dinner...

The Italian sausage and fresh garlic cooking.

The rigatoni (pre-bake)

Baked Rigatoni topped with Mozzarella and Provolone cheese.

Add some garlic bread, and we're good to go.

Tonight's feast. Oven fried chicken with asparagus and cheesy country potatoes.

Chicken before the oven. I usually use corn flakes, but tonight I went with Italian seasoned bread crumbs. I'm going back to the corn flakes next time for the crunch factor.

The meal with a bottle of Killian's Irish Red.
