Went to the Superbowl of Swine on Sunday in Napa. It's called Cochon 555
(5 chefs, 5 pigs, and 5 wineries),where 5 selected chefs in their region go against each other and the people get to vote on which chef advances to the finals. They hold this event in NY, ATL, SF, WA, etc.. and the winner of each of the 10 regions go at it in the finals. Every dish must contain pork. It's an all you can eat and drink event.
