I need to buy a thermometer... sometimes I'm always nervous about under cooking my chicken, so I tend to overcook it sometime too

beef... I'm not trippin off under-cooking my beef a little... like it nice and pink in the middle... if ya know what I'm sayin! right!

speaking of beef, this is the tri tip I cooked earlier this week, that shit is gone though now... that's all I ate for a few days

remember when you cook tri tip... let that shit sit for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing it... and always slice AGAINST the grain

Their fries are decent, noting special. You should have got their onion rings. Those motherfuckers are fucking delicious.

I agree with Butcher though. Red Mill is really good and I happen to live within a 10 minute walking distance of one but there are a few better places in the Seattle area.

we used to have a spot here in the valley called "Husky Burger"

it was in Hughson, that shit was good, and their fries were always made perfect

it was on the corner right before you get into town coming from Turlock, on santa fe

but the last time i was there was years ago, im sure some siccness folks from the 209 have been there
