anyways... ignore DTroll, back to the Raiders... as depressing as the past week has been as a Raiders fan since we lost that SD game, we should be juiced right now

how long have us Raiders fans been saying we need a GM, well, here it is... finally. and we're getting a guy is viewed around the league as a GREAT potential GM and great talent evaluator, just look at the guys on Green Bay that he's found

if this shit is true and we get McKenzie I think we're gonna see some big changes in Oakland, and we're gonna see the Raiders FINALLY come back to where they need to be... believe that shit

McKenzie will fix a few things, but y'all ain't going nowhere next season as long as Hue Jackson is the HC ..

you think McKenzie is gonna fire him? I say no....but you just never know if he would..

I still say Hue is the one to blame for everything... Al Davis had him in check and the team was on the right path, he passed away and Hue took over and made ugly changes...

I thought that shit was gonna be the raiders downfall in the season and I was right about it..

the Palmer trade was horrendous and a waste ... Bringing in Houshyomama and getting rid of Hagan was another big mistake.

Even the receivers y'all have right now are not happy with Palmer, there's no chemistry between them at all..

I really don't know if McKenzie will keep Hue or not. I've heard nothing but good things about him, so I would trust his opinion either way.

As far as Hue goes, he didn't do the best job, but he didn't dot he worst either. We lost our starting QB and arguably our best player in McFadden for the season... he still got that offense to be relatively productive (we were something like 10th overall int he league). We gave up too much for Palmer, yes... but if we didn't make the trade... we'd probably end up with no more than 6 wins, and wouldn't even have a shot at the playoffs. The biggest problem I have with the Palmer situation is the way Hue handled it with Campbell. I think he lightweight disrespected Campbell, which may have caused the friction in the locker room with WRs.

Anyways, give Palmer an entire training camp and offseason and training camp to prepare. If he still throws as many picks, then we can judge him.

and as far as the Housyamama trade... come on breh... you act like Hagan was lighting it up out there. He didn't do anything for us. Neither did TJ, so that trade was basically a wash. It made sense to bring in a vet that had experience with Palmer though.

I tell you this though...don't expect the receivers to be happy next season..they don't want Palmer, they want Campbell ..

that right there can bring a season down ... was reading a players twitter ...they don't like Hue either..

if our receivers are still gonna be butt hurt next season over the Palmer trade, and won't go out and give 100% because of it... then fuck them... I don't want those guys on the team anyways. you're a professional, go do your fucking job.

I think we're in for some changes at wr anyway. new gm probably won't care for having 5 track stars at the position. won't be surprised to see some trades for draft picks.

i think this is a good hire. if think he should give hue another shot with a good def coordinator. if we can get the defense in check i think we will have one of the teams to beat in the entire league.

I wouldn't mind keeping hue, but I just want the gm to have complete control. the decision should be mckenzie's. if he wants to keep hue, then cool, but he shouldn't have to.
