Monta Ellis will sit out both Wednesday and Friday night's game as he continues to recover from a knee sprain.
The good news is that his meeting with his doctor confirmed original reports of a sprain rather than more serious internal damage. "Knee sprain" certainly is better news than "ACL tear".

Too bad it took for him to get injured to get him some decent rest. The problem with this is that when he comes back, if he's even slightly rusty for a game or 2 people are gonna be like, "Trade him" lol

Well when he comes back, after a game or 2, the trade deadline would have passed so u would be dumb to say trade him!! Unless u takin bout next season. I'd trade him now. He a ball stopper

Monta is a good ass scorer. Not sayin he's a bad player at all, but the warriors have a good young team and has assets to get a superstar. I like curry way better then monta. He's a straight shooter. On espn they were comparing stats with and without Ellis. Ball movement, assists, etc. They are a decent team without him. Trade him on a package for a stoudamire or bosh or a player say like Joe Johnson who doesn't need the ball in their hands. Coincidently all those players are gonna be fa's who might not resign but If y'all start to click, the team would be dope

Jus read that y'all turned down the grizzlies offer of oj mayo and filler for monta. Mayo is another shooter but he's known to chuck!! I'd rather have monta. Can't believe grizzlies would try to trade mayo though

^^hes probably got a similar contract to monta's, and the grizz sound like theyre trying to clear cap space, like everyone else... i guess if thats it takes they dont care...the whole expiring contract thing confuses the hell out of me

not hatin but hella people have been saying curry got 3 triple doubles in a row. yes, he got one against the clips, and was close to one against the lakers, and close to one in a night. hes had 3 double doubles in a row.


anyway, career high 15 assists for curry, fuckin dope. im loving that morrow is back on his shit, and a career high 40 points for watson. what a game.

LOL they STILL havent won back to back games.

but good to see the whole team on the bench (now that nellie started fining people who didnt show up to games). Add a high draft pick and that full squad could be dangerous next year.
