Its not that easy to explain... but I bonus off daily production, office goal and meeting/exceedint client goals- there are three parts to my bonus.. I run a team of 15- each of them has a goal to hit before they bonus which is factored by their hourly pay and tenure. Some of them only have goals of $3600- others are $6500 in what they call FEE dollars not gross dollars-- AFTER said collector reaches their goal they get a percentage of each payment they bring in.. once I get each of my collectors to bonus its smooooth sailing for 1/3 of my bonus.. office goal depends on how the other five teams do.. there are times when I start to frrreak out on them because they arent brining in enough... lol.. and then the client piece which is the tricky part-- those fucks are never satisified.... and what reeeeally is shitty is if you get a bad seed (or five) on your team- someone who's just there for their hourly pay... because then when you average it all out- your top collectors have to do more to get you to where you need to be.. but I'm super cutthroat... lol.. lets just say I dont keep those kind around for long..
aranoid: My team is what they call an anchor because we are TOP cellular paper.. the other anchor is an ADT Security Systems team.. they close out $20,000 commercial accounts but their pay structure is different than what mine is..
Sooo to kind of answer your question... $100 Tmobile pmt is $35 FEE dollars.. $500 is $175 FEE dollars.. each of my collectors put up between $1000-$3000 each day gross dollars.... can you figure it out from there... because I just got off work and I'm gettin' a headache... lol..
I *tried* to go to work today, but my car is buried in snow that I can't get off. In the apartment complex I live in, the Land Lady and Land Lord are supposed to get a plow to come clean. But they don't anymore because it got too expensive. So the tenants are responsible for digging themselves out. It says in the lease that the Land Folks are supposed to care for the grounds. However, they don't take care of the parking lot anymore apparently. So I managed to get most of my car clean, but then I was spinning my tires anyway. So I had to call out.
After it warms up, I'll take another shot at cleaning up my car and digging out a path for it.

And I dont know what I'm gonna do about this guy man.. my boss can be such a fuckin' dick.... and theres really no other way to describe him.. his lil sideways comments and alllllways negative shit- we can hit 128% of our goal and in the month end meeting he'll say some stupid shit like "..you already know that if we can hit 128% we really should have been at 150% but I'm sure you'll learn from this and next month you'll push your people EVERY day instead of some days.." what did you just say you mutha fucka you? .. we grind every day and he always got some shit to say... I swear theres nothing worse than leaving a month end meeting, getting ready to start a new month and feeling like you arent worth shit. Fuck.
