Stupid Customers at my job!

Damn I forgot about this thread. The other week this stupid-motherfucking-moron got pissed off because his phone had liquid damage. This thing could have been soaked in a bucket of water for all I know. This son of a bitch had the nerce to argue with me and say that the phone had never touched water. At that point I had to pull out his battery and show him the remaining droplets of water still on the phone. Then as he gets all teary eyed and heated, he challanges me to come outside, as my boss stands right besides me. It was fuckin hillarious, I'm a big dude and have about a foot and 80 pounds on this guy, and he feels ballsy standing on the other side of the counter challenging me to fight him with my boss besides me, gotta love those tough-guy customers.
Also I have a customer callin and says " hi, I was in the hospital for a week, and when I came home and tried to use my phone, it was shutoff" So I say, your service was interupted? She says " yeah, I can't make or recieve calls " I check her account and everything is fine. I then ask her to go into her settings, she then quickly interupts me and says in a rude tone, " remember I told you that my phone was shut off? " I then ask her " Your phone isn't even turned on? She says " No, isn't it your job to turn my phone on for me?" I say to her " you want me to turn on your phone....over the phone? She says " yeah don't you guys do that ? " I then had to explain to the bitch how to turn on her cell phone, and how when the battery isn't charged, that it dies and the phone shuts off....People should have a license to operate a cell phone.
^^^hahhaha i got one better than that. I had a customer call me up after she bought a computer from me and told me its not working. I asked her if the little green light on the monitor was on and she said she didnt see any. I then told her too try and press it on she then said nothing happened. I then asked her is the tower on she says she is not sure. I told her too then too check the power strip light under the computer desk too make sure its on and she replys, "well i can not get down there too look right now cause its pitch black cause the power is out right now" I almost pulled her through the phone and smacked her.
