Also I have a customer callin and says " hi, I was in the hospital for a week, and when I came home and tried to use my phone, it was shutoff" So I say, your service was interupted? She says " yeah, I can't make or recieve calls " I check her account and everything is fine. I then ask her to go into her settings, she then quickly interupts me and says in a rude tone, " remember I told you that my phone was shut off? " I then ask her " Your phone isn't even turned on? She says " No, isn't it your job to turn my phone on for me?" I say to her " you want me to turn on your phone....over the phone? She says " yeah don't you guys do that ? " I then had to explain to the bitch how to turn on her cell phone, and how when the battery isn't charged, that it dies and the phone shuts off....People should have a license to operate a cell phone.
