can you tell me a good all around marinade, that works well for steak, chicken etc...all i really know is kikkomans teriyaki and this female that i hang wit said if she has to eat that shit one more time she will set my apatment on fire, i know you know sum simple yet satisifying recipies, thanks in advance

does lettem marinate for like 13 or 14 hours atleast make that much of a diffrence, i thought they quick marinades for a reason?...good lookin

The only kikomans shit I use is the teryaki sauce. I buy the lawrys marinades.

Its cool if you let them soak for at least 30 minutes, but I like to let the marinade for at least a few days. Or I buy bulk meat and seperate them into smaller portions and pour the marinade in the bag when I freeze it.

yeah, I am cereal ass fuck. I usually plan my meals out for the whole week. If I know I am making some jerk steaks on wednesday, why not start soakin em on sunday?

I think its better on poultry than it is on steaks.

Best chicken I ever had in my life was courtesy of the homie up2nogood, though. He brought some marinated chicken breasts to my house for a lil function, and they were the fuckin bomb. I got drunk and forgot to ask him what he used, though.
