from the looks of it i'd guess guacamole, salsa and sour cream. but i can be wrong.
The recipe is super easy, I always get these down here in SD since I moved out here. You can make this very easily and change little things to suit your tastes or to make it go quicker. I try to make this as healthy as possible which is hard to do, but its definately better than getting em at a restaraunt here in daygo.
1. I bought some carne asada from Vons (Safeway). Other steak will work too, this is definately a gringo dish, especially when I make it. I Put a little bit of Carne Asada rub, Lowrys Baja Chiptole, Lemon and Lime Juice, Franks Red Hot, Salt, Pepper, and Garlic and let the steak marninate for a while.
2. Make the gauc. I use just avocados, garlic, salt, a little bit of sour cream and lots of lime juice. Mash that shit til its ready to serve. I added in some chunky pico de gallo salsa and mixed, as well as adding in some light sour cream. Put this in the refigerator to chill.
3. Cook the fries, whatever kind of fries you like use em'. I used some Safeway brand Shoestrings and baked em. If you wanna cook em' with oil use oil. After they were done I sprinkled them with some garlic, salt, a little olive oil. Tossed them so everything was spread around.
4. When theres about 10 minutes left on the fries. Cook the steak. You can BBQ, George Foreman it. I cooked it on the stove in a pan with a little bit of olive oil. Try to time it so the steak is done when the fries are almost done. Cut the steak into bite size strips.
5. Take the fries out and serve onto the plates. Now add some cheese, I used some 2% cheddar. You can use whatever kind and however much you want. Next put the steak on top. Then add the gaucamole/salsa/sour cream mix.
6. Garnish with whatever else you would like. I like mine with some ketchup cuz I eat that shit on everything. I also put some more Franks Red Hot on there. Crystal IS bomb too.
7. Serve and enjoy.........

Heat up a giant tortilla and throw the finished product inside. You now have yourself a CALIFORNIA BURRITO.
Which I end up getting everytime I get the drunk munchies because I have a 24 hour Mexican food spot about a block and a half away from my spot, that makes a bomb califas burrito..
