This has nothin to do with bein forced to speak English cuz the white man says you have to. I would expect a pale skinned Ukranian immigrant to learn English too. It aint about racism, its a matter of common sense...if you come to live in a new country, learn the fuckin language. Anyone who disagrees and thinks that its white oppression...are you serious?? Think about it...it would be pretty rediculous to decide to move to another country for the rest of your life and decide to not learn the language. Seems obvious to me at least.

imo i dont think they should HAVE to learn english...this country was founded on immigration and everyone living here should be proud and feel priviledged that this country has so many diff ppl living here but...if you want to be succesfull in this country and get by your regular life without hassles, you need to learn english...how many times you see a family walk into a restaurant or any other place of bussiness and the kid has to translate to the parents whats going on because they dont know english...its a neccessity, i dont think it should be a requirement...english was never spoken by the natives whom the evil no good devil men killed off.
yea, but unlike an ukranian, mexicans here are the majority. so they speak within themselfs, and within their communities. A Ukranian on the other is pressured way more than a mexican to speak the language, cause who is he going to speak too? To me, its like learn the language you get better pay, but i'm not going to force you. Either way a mexican is still going to work.
