Anyways, I'm so up & down on Wilson and Flynn. Sometimes I wonder if Flynn would be better, but Wilson can make some really good plays. His decision making was great yesterday, not so much against AZ.

Keep hitting 4 on your keyboard while it plays, makes it that much better.
I like Russell as the QB because, when people talk about how he works and how much film he studies, it doesn't sound like Ryan hyping Tebow, or Mularkey hyping Gabbert, or Jim Harbaugh hyping 1 thru 53. I can visualize a guy that doesn't just say "Well, my 2 hours of film study are up. Time for 4 hours of lifting weights!" (ahem, Tebow.)
It's not that I don't see Flynn doing the same -- and I'm sure he could carry the team, if need be -- but there's a big difference between CARRYING the team, and TRANSFORMING the team. It sucks that there's a bit of a break-in period to get to that Transformational stage, and for games 1-4 or so, yeah, Flynn might have had a slight statistical edge. But if there's anyone you want to exercise patience with, it's one of these guys who know that the game is bigger than just fixing your mistakes (bad throws, bobbled snaps/handoffs); it's about stopping bad plays before they happen (pre-snap reads, adjusting coverages, checking out of plays, etc.)
I get irritated by a fumbled snap, sure; but nothing infuriates me more than a hand-off, followed by a TFL .14 seconds later.
