In big cities. Country side and minorities can have more than one. Now the government is thinking of changing this law so people are allowed to have more. Should be fine now, because most people don't want to have many children anymore.
And a lot of Mainland Chinese just go to Hong Kong to have a baby there. Then they can have as many as they want.

Just look at it like this - If one of your family members or friends has a problem, do you tell them to fuck off and handle it themselves, or do you help them? If you would help them, then why support Ron Paul? lol

....................wow well I guess that you think Ron Paul is a rich Chinese man because China is a communists country whose leaders believe n capitalism because it makes them richer than rich so they argue for no government intervention in the market place which I guess is what your talking about but uhhhhhh and as far as the help your neighbor stuff I know what argument your referencing and your analogy falls on its face because if you help your brother that's considered charity if you help him good for you champ but if he says im your brother you must give me 100 dollars thats different and hes speaking on a Federal level hes not against soup kitchens or homeless shelters or any state programs that create some type of welfare or public aid
