ay, like i asked earlier, if im already with a major bank what will happen if i dont get the new card, do you know?
I don't think so.

The drafted law states.. only that you can't OPEN a new account with a major bank. It does not say, you can't keep the one you have..

but here is some good news.. that just got updated this month!!

READ THIS:

REAL ID act Pushed back till 2013! by DHS!

May even now be delayed still 2018! hopefully they delay until I die! lol

Almost Three Years After REAL ID's Passage, DHS Still Hasn't Released Final Regulations. Almost three years after the passage of the controversial REAL ID Act, the Department of Homeland Security still has not released final regulations. In November, the Department of Homeland Security announced major changes to the planned REAL ID national identification system (pdf). The original deadline for implementation was 2008, but has been pushed back to 2013. Now, DHS may delay implementation until 2018 and significantly reduce the requirements set out in draft regulations released in March. EPIC and others have repeatedly (pdf) detailed security and privacy problems (pdf) with the system that creates a national ID database and imposes federal responsibilities upon state agencies that have neither the trained employees nor the resources to fulfill these responsibilities. The final regulations, originally to be released in September, have yet to be published. For more information, see EPIC's Spotlight on Surveillance for March. (January 8, 2008)

Ya all are gonna jump on me cuz I think sex offenders should be tagged? Tell me one good reason why they shouldn't be tagged and seperated from the rest of us?

Its simple to keep your dick in your pants... why, if your over 18 do you have to go after some youngin' anyway? Go get somethin' else and save yourself the trouble or do the simple thing... keep your dick in your pants.

i dont give a fuck if sexual offenderz get chipped, all sayin iz if some senior in high school iz 18, and iz having sex with hiz 17 yr old girlfriend. he should be treated like a sexual predator?
No as long as its cool w/ the girl. You gotta be careful though cuz if you're a dumb fuck and get messed up w/ the wrong girl and she turns her back and says she didn't consent to it, yer gonna get fucked and if that means getting chipped, well then I guess that's what it means.

Also Ron Paul opposes the REAL ID.. and he will repeal this law. .so vote for him as President.

and Vote RON PAUL!
ron paul also thinks that by giving people huge tax breaks, they will give their money away to charities to help less fortunate people. some of his ideas are good, but that tax shit and the capitalism fuck it all off for me. fuck capitalism...imperialism...whichever you prefer to call the US.

Ya all are gonna jump on me cuz I think sex offenders should be tagged? Tell me one good reason why they shouldn't be tagged and seperated from the rest of us?
1) Sex offender as an ambiguous term. Sex offender does not necessarily mean you jumped out of some bushes, clubbed a girl in the head and raped her in a dark alley. There are a lot of ways to become a sex offender, and there probably will be more in the future because of the conservative culture we live in. In some places you need to register as a sex offender for highly questionable reasons.

2) This is the most important issue. Once you start chipping people, where does it stop? So sex offenders have been chipped and the monitoring is working, next thing you know there is going to be legislation to chip violent criminals, then robbers, then repeat drunk drivers, then repeat traffic violators. This issue brings about the inherent definition of slippery slope.

The way human nature is, once a precedent has been set on an issue, and the invisible barrier that once held us back is gone (in this case involuntarily chipping people), there is almost always no turning back. If we start chipping sexual offenders today, I guarantee 20 years from now they will NOT be the only category of people being chipped.

As more and more categories of people are being chipped, our civil liberties and freedoms begin to slowly perish.

3) The whole perspective of a sexual offender is completely negatively for men. If a drunk man and a drunk woman both have sex, and in the morning both claim rape, who do you think is going to be held more responsible in that situation? Both were drunk, both made the same decision, but you and I both know who is going to be the "offender" in that situation.

I could go on. Those are the reasons they should not be tagged or chipped as you suggested. I detest most sexual offenders probably more than the next man, tagging or chipping them is not the solution. That is an unreasonable reaction to your fear emotion.

The standards for being convicted on that shit are pretty weak though. I mean, one bitch could say, "I didn't give consent." And then all of a sudden some guy is a rapist or child molester. There's a point to both sides. You can't tell an 18 year old guy not to have sex with a 17 year old girl who is consenting just because she might take it back. Give the bitch a lie detector test or that sodium whatever shit that makes you talk.

I'm all for child molesters and rapists and murderers being chipped--but the reason they are in jail is to serve their time. That is their punishment, correct? So why are you going to punish them yourself when justice was apparently already served? Maybe your real beef would then be with the Justice system, not the people that are punished by it.

I'd rather see molesters/rapists chipped first. Cause a lot of the time, they are highly likely to re-offend, even if they are let out. I wouldn't really want to live next to, or even close to anyone like that and I don't even have kids or a family. If I did, and someone like that moved in, I'd beat their ass for looking at my family the wrong way and probably end up in jail.

I think molestation and rape are just about as bad as murder. Either way, you are taking part or all of someone's life away from them which nobody has the right to do. Death penalty time!:siccness:

I hear you, but maybe if they just limited it to "REPEAT" any crime, that would work? If you are stupid enough to do something again and maybe even again, then you should def have to pay a consequence no matter what the fuck it is.

I dunno... I just feel that repeat sex offenders should be closely monitored for the fact that most of them are gonna do it again.

Yes, but again... the 18 year old knows what the fuck he is doing and he is taking that risk by fuckin' w/ an under aged bitch... period! Choices, choices, choices... risks, risks, risks... if you're stupid enough to do an under aged bitch... then you're stupid enough to be chipped. Just don't be stupid and you'll be fine.

are you fucking retarded?

Whats the difference of who he sticks his dick in?

Is every other race prone to getting fucked before they are 12?

like it even makes a difference.
I sais that because she white and the dude that liked her was white. Im sure if the bitch was black the dude wouldnt hae like her in the first place. So hes stupid for fucking an under age white girl.
