You break the law when you J-walk.
When have you ever driven within the speed limit?
How does it make it harder for Mexicans who want to come here legally? They're not slowing the process down, the process has always been slow.
As far as certain people tryin to reward these people for breaking the law. Fine if you wanna see it that way but you should know that this is the American way. We reward people for breaking the law all the time....

come on miggidy you know there is a big difference between federal law and traffic infractions that are taken care at the local level.
all i want to happen is for the borders to be enforced so that people can come here LEGALLY.

if they were breaking the law coming here illegally by the thousands, the poeple that are in line trying to come here legally wouldnt have to wait for years to be given permission to come here.

2) There's certain people at top who want the borders porsed.

If these people were obeying the "federal law" and actually tired coming here legally, wouldn't the saturation of claims slow the documentation process down even further?

i said things about ilegals for the simple fact its some stupid shit. we could set up a legit border. gov's fault. mexicans trying to do it the right and legit way and not being able to. people running across, fault.
people dying everyday trying to attempt it. there fault, and MEXICO'S GOVERMENTS FAULT, wait in line, and to the goverment stop ya people from leaving. then the process will speed up and eventually more and more spots will be opened up.

here is why i think it isnt happening. we do have the resources, but neither party wants to touch it. the democrats wont because they are getting most of the votes from the hispanic copmmunity and the republicans wont touch it because they dont want to lose the few minority votes they are getting and dont want to be accused of racism, because that is what will happen, just look at Rush. ANY CONSERVATIVE THAT TAKES THAT POSITION RUNS THE CHANCE OF GETTING SMEARED AS A RACIST BY LIBERALS/DEMOCRATS.

racism is something that DOES exist and probly always will to a certain extent but it seems that today minorities are using it as an excuse to fail, i dont care who you are with hard work and persistance and being the best or one of the best at something/anyting you will suceed no matter what you race is because in this country money talks and if i or any other person hiring finds that a black or hispanic person is going to make me more money than a white one you best believe the one that can make the most money will be hired.
