If you get high enough dealin with really doing music, sooner or later you gonna be dealing with LA on something (large market, record & media companies based out there, agents, managers, etc...) So when you sign that big label deal with __________ Records who have thier offices on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood, and you have to deal with an A&R or, whatever he/she may be who works for that company and they mayt have had ties to the Sureno gang at one time, what do you do? i went to C.Y.A down south (paso,1 year) and up north (chad,1 year).i seen first hand the difference between northern mexicans and southern mexicans lifestyle.
