Manny’s security chief, Rob Peters was busy at the front desk preparing Freddie Roach’s new mitts which will be used for today’s training. He was just requested by Freddie to fix the mitts in a special way today.

Peters taped the photos of Juan Manuel Marquez right smack in the middle of the mitts which is the target of Manny when he does the strategy session with Freddie.

As soon as Freddie lifted his mitts to begin the 8 round work Manny immediately broke to a huge laughter. He immediately knew that was his target.

Then he hit the mitts with a resounding one-two combination and the photos of Marquez came flying off.

Manny better knock Marquez out and look great doing it. Marquez looks to be in great shape can the old man pull off the upset? This fight should be good.

At first I didn't like the weight, but both guys will be coming in very close to their natural weight, so I don't think there will be very much of an advantage in that regard for Manny. Sure, he's proven he can be effective at the higher weight, while Marquez in his one time out didn't, but that was against arguably the best fighter in the world, and Manny's success at the higher weights was due more to his speed, than him just growing into an actual 147lbs. frame. I still wouldn't consider welterweight to be his "natural weight".

Marquez looks to be in great shape already.

Mayweather is the cash cow in boxing no questions about.. Manny vs Marquez 3 should do great numbers. Manny has a big fanbase and Marquez has a big fanbase that should equal good numbers.
